I got down there on Thursday evening, played golf at LSU's golf course Friday and tailgate/game on Saturday obviously.

Dad and I agreed that the LSU fans have been by far the best and most cordial away game fans we have dealt with (been to all but 3 SEC locations). That was before and after the game. EVERY LSU fan offered to trade coaches and some offered to throw in the Golden Girls. All everyone was talking about is how much of a moron Miles is. That man is as good as gone it seems. LSU fans were actually apologizing to us after the game. They wished we had won. They also said we have a great coach and thought we would be "back" soon.

We never got hassled and people would just stop us (before and after the game) to chat and make sure we were having a great time. Hands down the best away game experience IMO. I have been there 2 other times as well when UT was not playing.

I got plenty of pictures and videos, including video of the last two plays.

Many LSU fans I know said they wished they had lost. I also wished we lost every game in 06, 07, and 08. It's a similar situation with a few differences imo. They also said they would trade Miles for Dooley, of course they also said the same could be said for any coach in the SEC.

My experiences were similar, although I got called Tigerbait by a car full of Indians and a couple of really drunk rednecks.

I'm actually in one of your pics.

Forgot to throw in some golf pictures. If anyone remembers Darry Beckwith (LB for LSU), he was in our group (in the light blue).

Probably friendly because they didn't feel at all threaten by ut, may feel different now. Hope Fl takes care of them, they should have lost.

How many LSU fans starting throwing cups/bottles on the field when they thought they had lost?

How many left before realizing that the game wasnt over yet?
