Why would it be any different as any other sport to bring in the back up player. You hear or see that it would be disasterous to bring in another qb. Why?
Baseball, if the pitcher is not performing he gets pulled. The reliever comes in.
Basketball, if any of the starting five are not performing. They are eventually pulled for a bit.
So on for other sports. But why is this such a disaterous thing in college football to pull a qb?
Pull them for a few plays, let another at least try.
