My first thread on here...

Regardless of the situation of who we hire, I just hope the next coach comes in an embraces the tradition of the University of Tennessee. This place is special enough, and our fanbase just wants to win.

I want a coach who doesn't come in with cheesy catch phrases.

I want a coach who doesn't talk about "the process" every press conference. (we know where we are... we get it takes some time.)

I want a coach who gets pissed when we lose, and doesn't make excuses for himself.

I want a coach who truly backs the kids and wants to be here.

I want a coach who is just a football coach, and his number 1 priority is winning! everything else will take care of itself.
