For the past 15 years I've begged for us to bring back Doug Matthews as the Defensive Coordinator. He is the only DC that you knew what you were getting from year to year. Nothing personal against Chavis but it will take Fulmer's involvement on the Defensive Side to get them back to an SEC Caliber type defense. Sometimes it is a matter of positioning versus schemes. All we have heard about was a 3-5 defense this year. What a mistake????
