Let's all give some props for Jujuan Smith. He is playing very well off the bench and has given the Vols a lot of sparks with his shooting.

Give it up for Smith and the whole Team.

Go Vols

hehehe I love watching Jajuan play. He's got starting talent, but knows his role off the bench. I really think coach has talked to Jajuan, and has him believing in himself and the team... all he does is score when he's in. Its great to have a guy that can come in and do that off the bench.

Jujuan seems to keep getting better. I forgot that he was a walk-on until Freak reminded me last night. Amazing.

I was hesitant to bring this up, but I coached Jujuan when he was a kid. I am very proud of what he has done this year! Jujuan has had a tendency to play out of control sometimes and Coach Pearl has done a great job with him! He is perfect for the roll he is playing, but I don't think you have seen his best yet! He has the ability to take a game over, much like Lofton! What you might be surprised to know is that he could of been a D1 DB/WR. He gave up football his junior year to concentrate on BB!

sounds like the opposite of Rob Meachem. He led his HS team to a state champ in OK.

BTW, off topic... whatever happened to the talk of getting Rob on the team, or even getting Jemere back? I thought Bruce cleared Jemere to come back to the team?!?

As far as Jujaun goes, the boy is pure hustle. I expected what we are getting out of CJ and Lofton, but Bradshaw and Smith are far exceeding my expectations :clapping: Last night was electric!!! (except that gay 1/2time show)

GO VOLS

Buzz...eat your heart out

That's awesome crimedawg, thanks for sharing. I never realized he played football but it does appear that he has the speed and athletic ability to play. That game is MUCH closer last night without Jujuan. He really was a difference maker. I was especially impressed when he missed the three from the corner and raced down to break up a layup at the other end.

Interesting stuff... especially regarding the football talent. He was taking a big risk, walking on in one sport when he could have had a full ride in another. Safe to say he's confident in his abilities, which was also evident through his interview with Kesling after the game. He's done a great job this year.

Jajuan is not up to full speed yet!!! I live in the same county that jujaun and he went to mcminn high school and i went to mcminn central!!! But i have seen him play in high school alot and he is very good its very hard to believe he was a walk on!!! Just letting people know also that mcminn central has a player named beau brown thats very good! Averaging 22 points as a jr and 10.9 rebounds i think! but i dont think ut has offered him a scholarship! But he is worth it if he dosnt go to div. 1 he is a still!! alabama and tn I think is the only ones thats on his list!! Profile dosnt say much about him! But he is good! I hope he goes to ut!! He is way underrated just like jajuan was is my point!!

Jujuan had offers to go elsewhere, but he wanted to be a Vol. The scholarship was pretty much a given. He wasn't there too long until he got his scholarship.Thats about the same way UT is handling Beau Brown. From what I understand they are asking him to walk on. Big mistake! That kid can play!

yes i talk to beau and thats what he is telling me!! But its a mistake he really workout hard this past summer and didnt shoot enough so his shoot is not as good this year but last year it was really good. He hit 9 out 0f 13 threes in there last game last year!! and had 41 or 42 points!!! But beau wants to go somewhere that is going to pay so i hope ut if the dont pick up more commetments will reconsider thats will be a loss and a very talentent player that never got to show what he has!!

Beau is very talented but his weakness is his right hand. Being a lefty he needs to concentrate on his right hand. I thought Beau would have grown more also. If you ask me the Derrick kid is the shooter on that team!

Where did you find current basketball jerseys? I can't find them anywhere in Knoxville. I am actually considering a trip up to Maysville for a Lofton jersey.

You gotta love that... forego scholarships elsewhere to walk on at Tennessee. True VOL bleedin' orange!
