Its this part " I think he could play this week" the calls are SIMPLE....lol lol lol

Fast forward several days and this is what we got when the asked why Banks did not play LB in the SC game:
"Its going to be awhile or few weeks"

The "I think he could play this week is coach speak for smoothing a situation over with the fans or maybe Banks"

Hard to know what is truth and what isn't....but Banks is a kid who wants to play and I don't know if he requested the move or not..not much said on the Banks side of situation that I know of

He also suggested that KC might play some against SC as well but coaches sometimes don't have a clue as to what they are saying or what they have said..

Also like the way they said Banks chose to play defense and then a few days later he is back on offense. Wonder who made that choice. My guess is the players are not making the decisions.

I wasn’t going to pile on and tried to avoid this thread, but here goes. If I was a player and heard comments coach made during Alabama game, I would be discouraged. Work with what you have. Yeah maybe it’s not ideal for you nor me, but don’t throw me under the bus and say you can’t wait to get 25 of your own guys. It’s the generation we’re dealing with. Kids are parented, taught, and coached differently (not that I agree with it). But you gonna have to adjust, whether you like it or not. Maybe there’s a reason why some of these guys aren’t doing it right 100% of the time.
