Yes he's a young coach and will be able to connect with recruits

Yea that's along the lines of what I was thinking, but he does have a very strong personality and can kind of come across as a jerk so I wasn't sure how he would be perceived by young men and their parents. But then again many successful college coaches and recruiters come across the same way and it doesn't seem to hamper them at all.

Let's talk about me hooking up with the babe in your avatar. More likely anyway IMO

Not really seeing as I'm the only one on here that she would hook up with...

However it's not about her right now it's about coach McDaniels please stay on topic.

If you give Josh McDaniels the keys to our offense we would break all those records we just set this year and then some. He is one of the 5 best OC's in the NFL.

McDaniels was a disaster in Denver. Didn't he want Matt Cassel over Jay Cutler and then ended up with Tebow? Not to mention a ton of losing.

This is what I'm trying to say. Dude would get us back on top. I'm sure he's got some great coaching connections in the NFL also.

He won a ton of games with Cassel at New England, can't really blame the guy. You say that as if Cutler is a top QB or something.

IDK about him as a HC in college. That is just an unknown variable like Gruden, but without the all the wins and superbowl. I do know he is an amazing OC, I mean New England is tops in the league in PPG at 36 with Gronk hurt and Hernandez out most of the year.

Remember when Brady threw for 346453654 TD's and 23534 of them went to Randy Moss? pretty sure that was a McDaniels offense too.

This nhuff dude doesn't know what he's talking about. He always comes in my threads to rain on them. He thinks he knows everything but he doesn't.

1) He's an NFL guy
2) He'll forever be tied to the hip of Tom Brady. No more. no less.
3) Agree with an earlier post that he was a total disaster here in the Denver.

No thanks.

I'm glad it's not up to you. Your opinion is invalid.

No, I say it as if Cutler >>>>>>>>>>>>>> Cassel & Tebow

Cutler is pretty good. Let's be honest, QBing the Bears isn't exactly a stat-padding opportunity. They have 1 good WR, and no protection. This is why Jason Campbell (who was 11-7 with the Raiders) looked like an f-ing amateur out there the last couple weeks.

From a QB's perspective, the Bears are basically Arizona with a good RB.
