I'm glad that he recognizes the issues. You can't go what, 2/13 on 3rd downs? He owns that, and knows it impacted the defense and eventually it wearing them out. I mean, the defense was on the field for 40 of 60 minutes! And then, they gave up 15/20 3rd down conversions.

Big plays are wonderful and exciting, but they don't win games consistently. You have got to be able to move the chains and be efficient with the football.

I really like Coach Heupel. I genuinely like him. And REALLY liked seeing some fire from him tonight.

I am glad he got up in the officials grill on the goal line fumble where we came out with the ball. The game changed I think when Nick through his headset off and yelled at the officials .

When this offense can't run the football this is what happens.. Defense gets no rest, gets run off the field late in games..
