>Not sure if Hendon Hooker will be available or not. He is not currently in concussion protocol.

>We're probably as thin as anyone in the country as far as pure numbers go, guys on scholarship.

>Joe Milton wasn't a full 100% last week but got some work during practice. He'll get healthier as the week goes on.

>Cooper Mays is a warrior. You could tell things started to bother him more as the game went on but he didn't want to come out.

>The linebackers has done some really positive things, played hard and made plays. We have to continue to play smarter. It's a deeper group than where we started in spring ball.

>No comment on whether Milton or someone else would be the guy if Hooker can't go.

I kept telling people Hookers leg did not look right on that tackle and we were right behind him in the stands and he was limping. They kept all saying concussion. Basically when CH says he doesn’t know if he’s gonna be available, I’d plan on him not being available

i thought the replay looked like his legs buckled oddly too... may just be a sprain of some kind that needs time to heal

Yeah....I took it as wobbly legs from the concussion....looks like a concussion was not part of it....

If hooker can’t go this weekend, it’s time for Bailey to get a shot. As long as he can put the ball in the general vicinity of his receivers, he will be the better option.
If he's not on his back by the time his arm starts forward, then we may have something...

They appeared to be working on his lower leg on the sideline.

Heupel reminds me some of Steve Spurrier without the brashness and oversized ego. Both are brilliant playcallers and one was Heisman winner and the other a finalist - difference is Josh won a national championship while Steve had the NFL experience. I like Heupel and he may be the top younger coach in the SEC. Also I like his press conferences - you can tell this is an extremely sharp football mind. I believe AD White made the home run hire Tennessee needed. Winning big may happen sooner that fans think once a full roster can be built and continued player improvement.

I don't think Hooker had a concussion, I think it's his leg. Hopefully it will get better as the week goes. GBO!!!!

Long as he lets go of the ball in time and doesn’t take multiple sacks.

The fact we’re having to rely on a 3rd string QB who can’t run this offense is a bad sign.

I want for him to succeed. BUT, he is going to need to really pick up the pace in recruiting to have a chance. You cannot succeed in this league without top-tier classes.
