I have two sons, if they grow up to be like Dobbs I'll consider myself a success as a parent. Gonna miss you 11!

Knoxville needed a leader like you. Thanks for all the memories and allowing me to experience that emotion in the stands that Saturday in Athens.

If Fulmer had figured out he could win with a running QB he'd still be coaching.

Think he did plenty of winning his way, stationary qbs and pro sets and whatnot. Jones just needs 122 more wins at Tennessee and he'll right with old Phil.

Josh Dobbs.....a young man with class and character, dignity, and maturity. He handled his defeats with honor, and his victories with true humility. Nary a discouraging word may be said about the young man's character, that's for sure and for certain! :salute:

Live Long and Prosper! :peace2:

I think one of the, if not the best ambassador that UT football has ever had... Thank you Josh for the character and integrity you have shown. I am proud to say I am a millennial when I see people like you leading the way... Thank you for all you did and all you are going to do. It was an honor to behold.

I have never understood why he got so much criticism from the fans. This young man is the definition of what it means to be VFL. He is the guy you want your daughter to marry. He is the guy you want your son to grow up to be. He is the guy that wish you could have been. Dobbs as a QB did have some bad games and i get that, and he is not PM. With that being said I believe he emptied the tank for our beloved university and it a better place than he found it.

Not much left to be said about Josh. He was everything you'd want as a signal caller, student and a person.

A guy like him is a testament to his parents

Best of luck to the young man. He was a great player and represented the university well.

I think he'll find success in whatever he does.

That kid makes me so proud to be a Tennessee VOL...He is what class is all about...You will never be forgot Josh, You are easily one of the most beloved players I can remember here in a long time...Now go out and give you and your family a good life and work at whatever you want to work at and be happy doing it...GO VOLS!

hopefully but there are requirements or so I've been told

Damn the requirements, the kid brought us out of a all time slump as a fan base. We B!tch about winning 9 games again. When once upon a time we were stretching it out hoping to just go bowling. In game decisions at the coaching level(not a fire butch post) kept him from being legendary... And let's face it , if a Poster on here is 18 or younger.... The only know who Tee Martin is based off old highlights... Here's to you Josh Dobbs! :hi::hi::hi::good!::good!::good!:
