The guy was a better character than a pitcher...boy was he a character, fun to watch though.

37 is pretty young to be having a massive heart attack.

I used to go watch him when he was playing for AAA Norfolk praying to get called back up by the Mets(norfolk is now affiliated with the orioles). He loved life and was just a cut up. He had an amzing singing voice. He would sing the national anthem and/or america the beautiful all the time on his off days.
