Whatever happen to Joey Kent after he flamed out in the NFL?

I thought I recalled seeing a thread of this nature recently but my search came up empty.

I'm pretty sure that's Blaine Bishop from the Titans, not Joey Kent. Listen to 104.5 religiously everyday but I could be wrong. However, I do know Kent does the UT games on the Vol Network every Saturday during the season.

I hate that Kent never made it in the league but he was a bad mofo here..

They may have Joey as a guest but he is not a host of any of the 104.5 shows

I worked for Fed-Ex in Brentwood and delivered to Joey every day. He is a drug rep for a company there. He is doing well.

In my mind, he's forever sprinting down the near sideline against Alabama.

This past season, he and Johnathon Hutton hosted a show called Tennessee Tailgate, which aired on 104.5 prior to the Vol network pregame stuff.

Joey's been on radio quite a lot doing commentary. Very articulate & humorous. He still loves to talk about beating the bammers. Memories of him flying down the sidelines with a Peyton missile strike.

Joey lives and works in Nashville. Sold insurance for a while and now is a drug rep. Ran into at my doctor's office one morning last year.

There is a very definite pattern. Every receiver is a "bad mofo" when Peyton is throwing passes to them. Then, they're just bad when they play elsewhere. I wish him nothing but the best, but he was never a great receiver. He just had a great quarterback throwing him passes.

Maybe Peyton was never a great quarterback, he just had great receivers catching his passes....

i can still see lawrence wright lighting him up like a christmas tree.

Ol' Joey gave his tongue for Tennessee on that one.

Nice to see you keeping yourself warm with thoughts of the good ol' days. Here's hoping that's all you have for a decade or so!
