By his inaction he will be directly responsible for the numerous civil suits. The school will not cease to exist but it will have to pay large amounts of civil payments, legal fees, reputation tarnished, etc.

By not cutting the head off this monster and allowing further rapes and molestation on CAMPUS, the school will and should pay dearly. Not sure why that is hard to understand.

Exactly. Unbelievable people don't see him for the egotistical prick that he obviously was. Only cared about his legacy and hoped this would never be made public. I feel sorry for anyone that believes it is ok to just turn a blind eye to child molestation even if they weren't the ones doing the molestation

Add the fact that Paterno's son said the cancer diagnosis was made last weekend while the transfer was in July.

If by legal expert you mean clown, I agree.
