If you could write a job posting(like what you see on job boards....Careerbuilder, Monster, etc.) for the current opening we have what would it be like?

What would be the description, background requirements, skill requirements, and other preferences that you would list for the HC of our football program?

That would be funny to see the UT head coaching job on Monster... I wonder how many reponses it would get?

Well....I was just hoping to see what you all are hoping to get from the next coach...you know...like what is their style of offense/defense, what kind of mentality do they bring as far as discipline and intensity, what specific skills have they shown in previous positions

I want a animated coach. Someone that really shows some fire on the sideline. I like Defensive coaches but, I don't care either way, just show some emotion.

Good leadership skills, good motivator, shows emotion, earns your respect, good recruiter, somebody that players love giving everything they've got for.... oh yea and somebody that likes pirates and throws the ball a lot in a 5 wide set:rock2:
