Jim Hofher

Actually, Hofher was very successful for several years at Cornell before he went to the D-1 start-up at Buffalo and got his butt handed to him for five seasons. He was 45-35 at Cornell from 1990-97 and the team used a wide-open passing offense that set several school records.

After that, he spent some time as an assistant at UNC (so did Cignetti, does Fulmer have a thing for baby blue?) and then moved on to Buffalo, where his record looks like something from Baylor.

Looks OK, but I'd like to see evidence that he can produce at a higher level than the Ivy League before I hand him the keys to our offense.
