Jim Chaney Press Conference (8/27)

Nice interview, Coach sounds pretty confident in this group. If we can somehow just get SEC top 7 or so in scoring we would likely win a bunch of football games. Timing of injuries for each team is gonna impact how the season goes as it may turn out to be survival of the fittest, good for us as Chaney just mentioned several good playmakers and he sounded confident that the offensive unit would indeed improve in year 2.

Thanks for the post.

He actually looks like he may have lost a little.

He actually would be good candidate for that gastric bypass surgery. He's very large and he may just be past the point of simple diet and exercise. He needs to drop a lot of weight.

As the defensive ends fight to get around the tackles, when they do move up into the darn pocket like you're supposed too. It's worth an extra second or two.

I have fixed a broken water line in my yard today. I have mowed. I have weed eaten/ate. 7 acres. I have been the learning coach for my son because we are doing virtual learning because of the ‘rona. I have drank a gallon of Coors Light. I love Jim Chaney. Go Vols.

Good interview. He impresses me as the kind of guy that could be (or could have been) a head coach. Maybe he's never wanted to be but he's very well spoken and intelligent.
Jim tells you like it is, doesn't matter if you like it or not...Very Transparent in his approach to coaching.

Yes. Should use same surgeon that weatherman Al Roker used. He looks great now.
