For those that may not know who he is, he's a bracketologist like Lunardi, just works for CBS. He's very good, as good if not better than Lunardi, and he has us last in with our loss. Figured this might give some perspective and calm some people down, we definitely still have a chance, we are just very reliant now on others.

He has us as last team in, with UMASS, Bama, Ole Miss and Charlotte first four out. Good news is UMASS and Charlotte are done playing so don't see them passing us. Biggest thing is we need Missouri to beat ole miss tonight and Florida to beat Bama tomorrow. Kentucky losing tonight would definitely help as well, and Memphis HAS to win C-USA tourney.

Good to know that we still have a chance to get in. Hopefully everything will go our way and we will make the tournament. I will be really nervous for the next two days.

I'm completely fine with a play in game for a 12 seed. I see Palm has us in a play in game for a 12 with LaSalle; the winner of which would play Pitt #4 in the west.

I really don't care, I just want to be in. And honestly, I think playing a play in game could help us out

Don't know if he's right, but that would almost be better than beating BAMA on the court. Losing to them twice and getting into the tournament over them. I wanna hear the reaction to that from Bammers.

There won't be a reaction.

Bammers aren't aware they have a basketball team.

What I have seen from todays game, UT is out. Piss poor effort. CCM gets next year to prove he can get it done. Hope we can get some players that produce on a consistant level.

So let me guess this straight....

UT loses to a mediocre Alabama team by 10, a team that is squarely on the bubble and moves to the first four out.

UK loses to a bad Vandy team by 16, was down by 20 most of the game, and yet still somehow stays ahead of UT...and UT drops further too?

What?

yup. They showed it right after UK lost.. I couldn't believe it and maryland beat duke so that didn't help us and i remember Virginia being ahead of us as well. MTSU takes our spot

It's the effect of the Blue Blood bias.

So fwiw Lunardi has Boise, MTSU and La Salle in last four in, all 3 are done playing so according to Lunardi we're done.

He's putting A LOT of weight on the mid major teams, curious if that holds up.

They're all just making guesses.

Nothing to get worked up over. In the end it doesn't make a bit of difference.
