Jeremy Pruitt's possible lawsuit vs UT

More of an extortion attempt than anything else. Seems his Lawyer has no actual defense for what he did here and so he decided to see if Tennessee would fold with an extortion attempt. Looks like that has failed so if he decides to go to court sometime in the future looks like all his dirty deeds at Tennessee will all be made public. That will effectively end any hope of him ever coaching in college again.

If a law suit is filed, then everything should be laid out in public. Everything he did. While UT is at it........go after emails and text messages from his time at Bamer and Georgia.......lay all that **** out in public and let's just expose everybody.....

Lawyers should claim Bamer is behind this (because they are) and let's take a look at communications he had with Bamer folks over the last 3 years or so......

I mean all they have to do is say "We urge you to pay these prices and please pay no more!"......and UT might gladly pay.....

Have to read the fine print in those big ole contracts . Also, these allegations reveal an additional ground for the termination of your client’s employment because he failed to promptly report them as required by paragraph 3.2.2(c) of his employment agreement.

Should we be worried, those days have come and gone. If as a Tennessee fan you didn't know we operated in the shady area then you don't want to know how we jumped back on the scene in the late 80's under Majors.
