If JG is the one with COVID, it might play out to be addition by subtraction.

Possible non-leader upperclassman being removed and letting a young guy step up and lead.

COVID might end up saving Pruitt.

Florida's defense ain't all that. Our running game has been flexing. Bailey looked good against Auburn. We have the ability to be competitive.

That said

I think we should play dirty no FROGS given football and get as many targeting penalties as possible because FROG the gators and everything they stand for. May their entire team tear their ACL's. May Cuck Mullens visor bald spot syphilis spread to them all through the orifices of his harlot wife.

May they go extinct. Banish them to their cold blooded hell. May an interdimensional JG roofie Trask, wear his uniform and pick 6 all their hopes and dreams into a black hole.

Welp.......I'm 40 years old and I would agree with this and I certainly think he has a heart of a lion........unfortunately he's kinda like Rudy, just not good enough. Hope you have a blessed day brother ;)

I really liked Pruitt, but he made 2 critical mistakes:
Pruitt hired big names (Martin, Weinke etc) & players did not develop.
He hitched his wagon to the wrong player.

I feel badly about this & I hope I am wrong, but Pruitt will will last 1 more season and be gone. He is a DC

The risk in waiting is that you lose out on the guys you really want/need. The coaching carousel isn't nearly as bad this year due to covid. On top of that, the recruiting class for 2021 is already cracking. Another horrible season and 22 might fall apart, too. Then there's the 800lb gorilla in the corner...the one time, get out of jail free transfer that might be coming in Jan. Might see a number of guys decide the situation in Knoxville is hopeless and decide to move on to greener pastures. Sure, it might take a perfect storm of bad luck for all this to come to pass, but when it's UT, perfect chit storms seem to be the norm.

Hell, who are we kidding. UT isn't proactive. They're rarely even reactive. They'll stick their heads in the sand and pray to the football gods that the gump will pull a rabbit out of his hat and get this thing on the right track without having to endure the embarrassment of another coaching search so soon after Phil hands him what...$6M in raise/extension money? Btw, speaking of money, why haven't we heard anything about the 8 coaches who refused the pay cut? Lip service from UT...again? Say it ain't so.

No game benefits both teams.
1. Injuries.......they happen
2. UT reduces UF's SOS
3. It will not affect UF's position nationally, or in conference.
4. UF has nothing to gain, and everything to lose
5. 2-7 is slightly better than 2-8.
6. A 50 point defeat will be another nail in JP's coffin.
