I feel Jeremy Banks will have a monster year and will be our leader.... Yes he has had some bonehead personal fouls thru the years but with his drive and dog mentality i think he puts it together this year.... He stands out physically on the field flying around for sure... But feel he will be that leader we need on D this year

Surely you jest. In the minds of a number of our VN hatemongers, JB is forever a thug first and foremost. Never to be cut any slack. And they wait the slightest opportunity to remind us all if he so much as coughs when they believe he should have sneezed.

Personally, I agree with you. I think he wants in on the NFL so much, he will have a legacy season. I even think he will become feared by our opponents, similar to how Ronnie Lott was feared. To the point, opposing QBs and RBs may try to avoid JB's side of the field. I suspect even his haters will start lauding his takedowns of enemy players. Fewer penalties for sure, but otherwise, remove the leash and let the dog hunt.

BINGO...!!!! We NEED HIM to be "That Guy", and I believe he is. Through the various controversies, I've always maintained the value Jeremy represents for the Team. I'm glad he has been provided the opportunity to grow, both as a standout on the Team, and as a young man. I pray for his continued growth into a VFL everyone, included Jeremy himself will be PROUD OF.
It's YOUR YEAR, Jeremy....GO FOR IT..!!!!

Such a shame we didn't get to see AJ complete his tenure at the UT. Then again, if he'd kept his peter in his pocket, those false claims wouldn't have appeared.
BTW, how is he fairing as a pro player now?

Edit-

Yeah, def was a bad situation for all parties involved. It cost him his time @ UT and $$ in the NFL. The entire situation was ugly and disturbing. I hope the young lady is okay and has been able to move on w her life.

I’d be satisfied if he can cover passes across the middle.

That young lady was a liar but no lady. Her lies were motivated by her journeying all the way up to Tennessee to attend a party, her antics went public. To avoid shame of family and friends knowing what had done, she covered her rear with both hands and all four feet. Just the same, if AJ had a teaspoon of sense, he'd have avoided a hanger-on fame-ho, as they're always trouble, always. It matters not whether you're talking about Grover Cleveland, Chip Pickering, or Michael Jordan, they're just rouble.
