You must live in an alternate reality. If you read twitter, you would know that most MAGA people are angry at Trump (except for the cultist hardliners) and would have a meltdown if he pardoned Maxwell.

There are most likely blackmail targets (i.e. the people doing the pedophilia) in the files. Think Bill Clinton and Donald Trump. The people who were videotaped with the underage girls. And there are probably files on the agencies doing the blackmail like Mossad or the CIA as well as intelligence operatives running them. Who exactly in Mossad actually signed off on the blackmail scheme is probably not directly named. That's what I mean by "self-destructive" material not being there. The actual masterminds behind the scenes are probably not implicated because they are able to hide behind bureaucracy and compartmentalizion. But the pedophiles whose blackmail material was accumulated are definitely there.

The reason the names of pedophiles doing the acts won't be released is because that blackmail material is still useful to the blackmailers which is why they are gonna order the files to not be released. If you spent years building up blackmail material on powerful men you would probably not want to lose all that leverage. The Democrats and Republicans for their part won't release the files because it's mutually assured destruction for them as prominent members of both parties are implicated. Those that might have wanted to release the files before getting power like Patel and Bongino get told they can't do it by their superiors. So they follow orders rather than commit treason and be prosecuted for it.

That's essentially why nobody with the power to release the files has incentive to do so. And why those who are ultimately pulling the strings in the background have their hands clean of any direct ties that could implicate them.

If it were about the truth they'd simply have let Maxwell testify. The meeting was to pollute her, influence her, damage control.
