I traded it in this past week for my Civic. I’ll miss it, but I wanted to get out from under the payment and the $100 gas station stops. I don’t have really anything bad to say about the Jeep itself. I’ll need to get back into the 4x4 game before winter time, so maybe I’ll find me an older Jeep.

It’s a 3rd vehicle for fun. Figured it’d get more use with the family than the Mustang

The JL’s are so much better/nicer than the JK series. If you’re considering the 2.0 four cylinder, it’s got plenty of pick up and still gets over 20+ mpg. You do have to fill it up with premium though. 😕

I actually bought 2 JKs in Fall 2017 because I wanted less slope and more steel. At the time, there was a lot of online supposition that the new model was a pussified Jeep. Someday, I will have to drive a JL and see what I missed out on.

Ha, seriously, it's just the feeling of being free/outside. I love riding around town with my doors off and feet on my pegs. I guess it's similar to the appeal of bikes. It's not as much fun on on long interstate drives.

Honestly this is why I went with a Jeep. The Mustang is fast like a bike, but its not the same feeling. I feel like taking the top and doors off will get me as close to a bike feeling, but keep me much safer*.

*I‘m not concerned abou my riding abilitie, but the lack there of for other drivers

My Jeep is gone also. Traded it in for a 21 Rebel then traded that in for my current 2021 Charger Scatpack
