From what I can remember...

JJ - "Why didn't they call me whenever they were thinking about Gundy? I've got a kid playing there... I could have told you that it's a waste of time..."

"TN has essentially helped build Okie State up the past so many years..." or something like that...can't really remember exactly how he stated it.

"Look at Wisconsin and all the alumni on staff..."

"Why haven't the called Tee?"

"We used to be a top 3 program but we might be a top 20 now..."

No one here gave more to Tennessee than him. At least take the time to listen him.

Not listening to or even reaching out to our own is the number one problem with us!

I highly doubt any of them rejected a HC offer from Tennessee, much less all 3.

Even as toxic as TN appears right now, this a huge step up from their current jobs and who knows whether they'll ever get another job opportunity like this.
