What makes anyone, including myself, think they know more about a ULL and JSU RB than Coach Sims does?
ahh yes bc the staff has never been wrong and nobody else could ever possibly be more accurate than them in an isolated scenario.

its mostly the same staff that decided we needed zero DT this time last yr.

Sims didn't decide that, lol. He went out and got Star Thomas as a high floor one-year rental that everyone **** on. Then Thomas became a real contributor.

You didn’t get the message? You can’t be critical of Huepel and staff. They are perfect and make no mistakes and we are all nega vols who think otherwise!

Bishop had 182 carries - right amount of carries for him.

Cook had 295 carries - more of a workhorse that can take that workload.

He wasn’t great there but that also years ago. I just think his film is clearly better than perry
Like I said earlier maybe the staff knows he wants to be the main RB and Perry is OK with being a backup...

We could give Cook the same number of carries Sampson had last year and there would still be 192 carries available for other rb's. Bishop had 182 carries this year and was hanging on by a thread towards the end of the year

If you lol at Jax State all they did was run last year. Qb only had 1500 passing (and ran for 1000). Cook ran for 1600. I would say the allure of sharing a backfield when you’re 5’11 195 is probably pretty appealing. Especially considering the last two back we’ve had that shared a backfield are both in the pros (Wright and Sampson)

One looks like an athlete and the other looks like the dude that tried to sell me a Hookah last week
I think you would have crawled through broken glass for Makhi Hughes last year.

Perhaps we shouldn't all assume who is the better fit here.
