Jauan Jennings penalty

Jennings c

Jennings caught the TD and was 3 steps in the endzone, the ref blew it dead, then the DB took Jennings down. The DB was more at guilt than Jennings.
Jennings stumbled and fell with the ball resting on the players chest. Then he deliberately pushed the ball into the player's chest as he was getting up. You cannot argue about this if you watch the video. The flag was justified.

He obviously was showing the guy up.It was dumb, but at the same time you take the good with the bad. He has a fire. Most of the time good, sometimes over the top.

Coach K said about Christian Laettner “ he has a fire. Now you can let him burn down the building with that fire or you can heat the entire building with that intensity.” I think JJ is in that same mold.

I agree it was stupid, but that defender tackled him 5 yards into the end zone.

There is no excuse for unforced errors like that. When you are under-manned - dont help the other team! BUSHLEAGUE horse manure. When the last time u saw a Bama player do something that stupid?

When he punched another player and somehow didn’t get suspended for a whole game and then played against us.

One main issue was the SC player was laying there like he was hurt, JJ puts the ball in the middle of his chest and leaves it there.

That’s taunting 100x out of 100. I don’t know what some of our fans were looking at
Not only laid the ball in his chest but gave it an extra push.

He gently placed the ball on the defenders chest that he trucked to score a touchdown.... no big.....
No big????
Low class and immature. Should expect more from upperclassmen. He should be an example to younger players. He is a beast of a receiver and a matchup nightmare that very well could be drafted. But his problem is the 6 inches between his ears. Should be benched in this next game; send a message that low class crap will no longer be tolerated at UT.

He responded to being tackled and thrown to the ground after the whistle same as I would.

It was a BS call. JJ went to get up, stumbled, ball landed on defenders chest and JJ left it there...….a complete BS call!

Seriously?? If that isn’t taunting then there is no such thing. Yes he stumbled and I don’t think he meant for the ball to end up on the other guys chest but he for sure LEFT it there as a reminder! JJ still being JJ. As good as he is as a player, he still hasn’t bought in to the team before self mentality. But man is he a beast on the field.

This all day long. Deal with suspensions after the game when theres unlimited time to look at replays.

And then, if the player has a history of the dangerous act? He might be given longer suspensions or sanctions. Not only more accurate and more just, but more effective without dragging out the game an extra 45 minutes for BS. This is why you don't let idiots write the rulebook.
