Did Jason Allen redshirt his freshman year? If not is he eligible for a fifth year because of his injury? :cross:

No, unfortunately, he didn't redshirt. I can't help but wonder if they will give Demetrice a look at corner now, or possibly start him at safety, and move Antwan back to corner?

morley is a stud... its okay...

jason did all he could do...

if you watch the replay he laid the laid to the guy he tackled ( pope i think)

Yes he is! I am definitely glad to have him on our team, he is going to be a great one for us.

I just read where Allen is projected to be on crutches for 6 weeks and then some rehab. No surgery is going to be needed at this point. They don't think that it's as bad as the hip injury that Bo Jackson or Deon Grant had. It's not the official word, but it's certainly good news if it holds to be true for Allen.

Thats good to hear. I hated to see him go down and he has my thoughts and prayers for a speedy recovery. He showed alot of class staying for his senior year when he could have left early for the NFL.
