Tigers vs Clawfense in what should pretty much be an offensive-minded affair.

This will be Wake’s 3rd bowl game appearance for the 3rd straight season, occurring for only the second time in program history (the last time was the Orange Bowl - Meineke Car Care Bowl - EagleBank Bowl streak ending around 2008).

Wake closes the gap to make it 21-10 and Memphis returns the kickoff for a TD. 28-10 Tigers with 11 min left in the first half.

Memphis was rolling and now has wilted. This seems to be a pattern for them.

After being shut out the entire 2nd half, Memphis scores with about 1:15 left in the game to make it 34-30.

Wake picks off the 2 point try and seems like they might return it until they get stopped at the Memphis 20.

I get kicking away from Memphis's returner up 3 with 31 seconds left...but a squib kick seemed like a bad idea here. You give them way too good of field position.

And then Memphis seemingly plays for OT. Some very questionable decisions in the last 30 seconds of the game by both coaches.
