Just curious if anyone knows if #1 made the trip to be a vocal leader? I sure hope he is back for Bama. Thanks, i will hang up and listen.

It's all a smokescreen, expect to see some lead blocker plays tomorrow and formations we haven't seen yet.

I've been wondering the same thing. I suppose even if he is injured, he would still travel to be with his team.

I'm almost positive Maybin travelled to UGA and I am positive Chance Hall was at Bristol.

Edit: Even if he didn't make the trip there is nothing to the speculation that he is sitting out bc he is dissatisfied. Could you imagine the draft fallout if he didn't play a huge game bc he is displeased with our offense? He has always looked tough and there is no way he is that dumb.

Whoever 74 is, he is not doing his "nephew" any favors by airing Hurd's alleged dissatisfaction with the coaching staff. Nothing positive for Hurd can come from it. The only possible outcome will be distractions come draft day and unnecessary tarnish to Hurd's stellar reputation as a VFL.

Does anyone know if the 70 players on the travel roster is just active players or anyone from the team that comes?

i.e. Can Hurd come and not be counted against the 70 travel roster?

CBJ said they had a 1 1/2 bus ride just to get to the stadium game day...Sumlin will not be joining Game day because of it...can they build some Hotel close..

A buddy of mine literally just texted me and said Hurd is at downtown grill and brewery. So I guess he didn't travel.

As of yesterday, some of the players did not expect Hurd to travel with them. Maybe that changed... but I would think it unlikely.

Before somebody comes into this thread and makes all sorts of accusations concerning Hurd's motives for being wherever it is he is this weekend consider the following. I have no knowlegde of the young man's condition, however I do know depending on severity of the concussion or type of head injury, due to cabin pressurization some people cannot fly unless medically cleared.

My understanding is anyone who travels, suited up or not counts against the travel count.

Didn't they rule Chubb out before the game but he ended up playing a snap? With the way stuff is misreported nowadays it wouldn't shock me if he made the trip and plays. It's hard to trust the media in today's sports journalism.
