#0 poured his heart and soul into his hometown team all season and to the final whistle today. He came in and did an admirable job following ZZ. Was he as good? No. But there may not ever be anyone better than ZZ. Jakobi conducted himself with character and class. Good luck to him in his future endeavors. Thanks JG!

He had a good year here. Not his best game today BUT he did come to play today and gave it all he had.
He had a helluva game honestly. A couple of his shots changed the momentum and if he hit them, we might have hung in there longer. He shot those long 3’s and bricked it which facilitated fast breaks that really set the momentum off with the ticky tack calls that just completely busted the dam.

I didn't say he played bad. It just wasn't the best game he has played.

Knew he was better than a Belmont guy when I saw him as a senior in high school and no disrespect for Belmont. So glad we got to enjoy him for a year and he got to play for Tennessee. He’s going to be getting paid to play in a league somewhere, obviously hope for him it’s in the league but he’s at minimum got a career overseas if he wants it.

This season would have ended a long time ago if not for Jacobi. Sure he made some mistakes, but so much was put on his shoulders. I mean everything. Do you think anybody else on the team could have brought the ball up the court, try to find someone other than himself to score and then have to take up the scoring slack himself. I think Jacobi is a helluva player. I am so glad I got to see him in a Vols uniform.
