No sir, I'm not, I just thought it was worth posting. These things really help out local chapters.

Just thought of a gigantic issue... I left my clubs in Knoxville after this weekend because I didn't think I'd play down here. I have my spare set of clubs here, but I really don't want to use them. I think I'll probably just try to make the dinner

The dinner is the main thing. It's a lot of fun. There are a few former players here, Bill Bates was at the one 4 years ago.

Do you have to be an alum to be "in" on the viewing parties?

I heard that at the UTAA Tent at (even away) football games, they kick you out if they find out you're not a UT alum. I'm pretty sure it was the football tents that my buddy was talking about.

can't imagine they could really do that at a viewing party. Most are at bars so it would be pretty tough

No, Bogey Grill has other fans than just UT fans. They just give us a section of the restaurant. They wouldn't want you to go to sneakers and watch it anyway. They want your $. :p

That's true. The real issue is the degree to which the UTAA will associate with sidewalk alums.

if it's a true alum event then why would you think they should let everyone in? Viewing parties and alum events are 2 completely different things
