Vandy wimpped out of their 2012 opener against OSU. Franklin may talk all big and bad, but deep down he is just a scared little cry baby.

Literally nothing to see here. If the kid would be swayed by a vandy coach telling him to go to ohio state than this kid is not going to go very far. He is more intelligent than that and franklin knows his only shot at relevance is to try and brainwash an elite recruit to go elsewhere than TN because they never will go to vandy. a nine win season with wins against awful teams (including us) does not make you an sec contender. It makes you a blind squirrel finding a nut. let them have their moment in the sun because they are about to get thrown right back in the basement.

Dude was going to Ohio State anyways. Please, to think Franklin swayed his decision is stupid. He wasn't coming to UT until Coach Jones opened his mind to the thought and he was able to reopen a closed door. It was still a long shot with only 6 weeks before NSD. To think a coach that had no chance of getting him would then be able to influence said player in such a instrumental way is ludicrous. Please don't post anymore about Franklin and his gay marauders. Let this die after this post.

That little cry baby is out coaching, out performing, and out recruiting us right now.....and that's a fact. What he did with Bell is something I would hope CBJ would do in the same situation.

Franklin deserves all the accolades he gets. The guy took over one of the worst programs in college football and is whipping a historic top 10 program on the field and on the recruiting trail. Given his resources, what he has done is simply amazing. Don't get me wrong, I hate Vanderbilt and I want them to lose every game they play. But I can't really slight Franklin. The guy is doing what I can only wish one of our coaches could do (i.e. exceeds all expectations, makes lemons into lemonade, etc.)

Actually that would be, at the root of it, an opinion. I don't really think they out recruited us. They got 5 or 6 more signees than us and are only 1 spot ahead of us in rankings. If you want to say out coaching us you can't say "right now" as honestly we have no idea how CBJ will do and you can't say he's beating us in that regard.

There is really only one day out of the year that I give any kind of rats azz about Jamie Franklin. The day we play them. Any other day he is nothing more than the "look at me" attention whore we've all had the displeasure of knowing somewhere along the way in our lives.

Franklin is turning out to be Vandy's best coach and recruiter in years. He's doing all the right things. This will make it that much more fun when we beat the crap out of them in 2013.

Most of the stuff you say leads me to believe you're of a fan of Vandy than the Vols. I don't see why people like the garbage you say. They must miss all of the bad mouthing of the program you do.
