But this is about his whole staff. I give them a lot of credit. From what I have been able to observe in game situations is that when other staff interacts with the players or with Barnes himself during the game Barnes doesn't seem to resent it in the least. Coach Barnes seems to be listening as much as the players are. Appears there is a deep respect for all and friendship as well.. This staff seems to have the same chemistry that the team has. I suspect thats why the team does have the chemistry we see them have. No big I's and little you's.....just everyone spurring and feeding the other on. Just watch that bench.
