The entire program is getting hammered today on sport talk radio in Atlanta. Callers, hosts, etc. are all raking them over the coals.

"All we have are gimmick uniforms to fire us up."

"Richt's loyalty is going to be the end of our program."

"We're not even a competitor to Florida anymore."

Richt's first line of his presser on Saturday was indicative..."Well here we are again..."

I love seeing the cannibals eat their own!

It definitley made my drive into work today a little more tolerable. Funny stuff for an outsider having dealt with all that.

It will be bad there if he doesn't completely overhaul his staff. Being loyal is one thing, but ruining your career to help a friend is dumb!

They will more than likely lose to GT for the 2nd year in a row. They are officially the 2nd best program in the state right now and it is driving the redneck contingent nuts.

I said (as have others) back last winter that UGA is what we were under Fulmer. They will continue to under-perform relative to the talent on their roster, and eventually Richt will get fired. Unlike Fulmer though, I don't think they'll have a chance to rise up and steal the east for a season with CLK and CUM around (unless the Florida offense falls apart sans Tebow). Richt will be there next year....2011 and beyond is anyone's guess...

Florida player suspended for 1/2 the Vandy game for guaging eye attempt on GA player. I guess you have to go for both eyes to get suspended for both halfs.:):)

Great line from this morning on the radio...

"I don't want to hear anymore about where our recruiting class is ranked. Go DO something in September and October with all these recruits!"

680 floated the rumor this morning, that Green will apply for the draft, he is tired of losing and does not see it getting any better next year

I thought Green was only a sophmore? If that is the case beating them next year will be even that much easier unless one of their freshmen QBs step up next year.

This does sound a whole lot like our past situation. What a nightmare. Couldnt happen to a better team! GO VOLS

I am sure Buck Belue has figured out how GA can still get to the SEC championship game and contend for the national title since they are clearly the best team in the land.

I don't see Green going anywhere this year...that is a load of crap and it ain't gonna happen. Now NEXT year will be his farewell. Then Marlon can step up...LOL...yeah right.

Doubt they wait 10 years to fix the problem.

If the chips had fallen right and they had ended up in (and won) the big game in 2002, they would have. Richt was one Miami or Ohio State loss away from having a shot at a practically lifetime gig like Fulmer enjoyed.

I'm sorry but I can't take them serious if they feel they were a competitor of Florida - they have a worse record against the Gators than we do!

I must say that I love watching Georgia's football program go down in flames. Recruiting-wise, Tennessee is going to own the state of Georgia for some time.
