After having a night to sleep on it and way to many cold ones, I think yesterday showed the rest of the SEC East that a changing of the guard is here. This young team went on the road and went toe to toe with who will probably win the east. For the first time in many years I really believe we beat the gators

This weeks game is huge. Probably the difference between a bowl game or not. I agree we can win this one, especially if we get Josh Smith & Von back. Really missed them @ UGA and will be huge advantages for us against UF. Our defense needs to force Driskel to throw, which he really can't do. I was at the last UF win. Can't believe it was 10 years ago. Time for the streak to end!

I agree but still a lot room at the top and we are going to have to do it with wins and not morale victories.

Our Season

Games 1 - 3 2 - 1 projected/completed 2 - 1

Games 4 - 6 1 - 2 projected/adjusted Proj 2 - 1

Games 7 - 9 1 - 2 projected/adjusted Proj 1 - 2 or 0 - 3

Games 10-12 2 - 1 projected/adjusted Proj 2 - 1 or 3 - 0

7-5 4-4 SEC Reasonable with Healthy Worley if not I see Dobbs Redshirt burnt.

]It's happening right in front of us.. [/B]Just need the 15 and 16 classes to fully loaded

Shut your mouth( JK)...how dare you come in here and speak so much truth and make so much sense. :)

We can't tolerate positivity and common sense around here as evident from the, "We aren't young" and "CBJ is on the hot seat if we lose to florida", pathetic statements!

Good post

How many times over the last 25 years have we all said "I really think we can beat the Gators this year"? While I think we really should beat them Saturday, I don't believe we will beat them until I see it.

Btw, rest of your post is well stated.

Great post.
After the sting has worn off a little know, and not being so pissed about the loss, it is clear to see we have turned the corner. I bet we embarrass the Gators this weekend. Bet we will be the ones delivering Muschamp his walking papers.

I know but for some reason things feel different. I've been very cynical at times but I think it's time

7-5 would be huge. Would keep the recruiting momentum going and we get the extra practices with the bowl. I had us 5-7, but we have the talent to hit your 7-5 IF we get Von back, stay healthy, oline improves, & the football gods decide to pick on someone else!

Disappointed in the outcome yesterday but proud of the effort and competitive culture that is evolving.

Lots of talk about us ending the streak and Muschamp being on the hot seat. Gators have talent and a dangerous foe is one with his back against the wall. Florida will be all in on this game. We have to ready to smack them in the mouth from the start and stay on top of them til the end.

On the other hand, I think we get a good lead on them in the second half they will quit on their coach.

Don't be afraid to hope. I'd rather be wrong and optimistic that to win points for being right (and losing.)

Only points I'm interested in are the ones that UT gets this Saturday that total more than Florida's. I'm not on here predicting a loss. Just saying I'm not predicting a win like a lot of guys want to do. Twenty-five years of Florida domination over UT has made me "cautious" when it comes to playing the Gators.

Everybody needs to calm down and be patient. This year will be tough because we're young, lack depth in the trenches and are developing many talented freshmen. Next year will be a transition year with another good recruiting class developing. We will contend in 2 years provided we find quality quarterback. Worley showed great character and toughness, but there is simply nobody to back him up. He won't last the whole season with the beating he's taking if we don't protect him better. I've been following UT football for 40 years and I've been through good seasons and bad. This down cycle too will end. We have the right coach for the job.

Don't know if they can fix or patch up the that really bad. The only thing that bothers me is that they had a week to prepare.

We take them. I really think that the players are tired of being publicly reprimanded and belittled by an idiot in public. Also think the Refs are tired of it also.

he is really bad.
