I believe Phillip will hire Kevin Steele as head coach, Tee will come back as OC and remainder of the staff may well have other former players involved. I think he even mentioned this in his remarks when he was introduced.

That's a great idea in theory but I'll tell ya there are some members of my family I wouldn't trust to watch my dog let alone lead a big time football program.

This will blow up in our faces if Fulmer hires Steele as HC
