Issue with windows pointer?

Is anyone else having issues with their windows pointer flashing on the main board?

I'm not having it any other time and its happening on both my laptops. One is running Vista and the other XP Pro.

Just trying to see if its just me

Yes. Sometimes it does. When cleaning cookies, browsing history and running virus scans I see that there is an actual cookie that is called flashing pointer. But my security system actually XXXX over the exact site responsible. I have always assumed it to be add related. In all fairness it only occurs randomly. Like earlier this evening and not now.

Yes Sir!

It starts flashing on and off the screen. I thought it was my anti-virus on my home laptop(Avast) so I brought my work laptop which is running AVG Pro.

I did notice that when it did it last time, there was a banner ad that was at the top that was empty and said it was blocked.

I was just wondering if was just isolated to my computers or anyone else was having a similar issue.

If it was mine, I was gonna try and trace down the culprit and destroy it.
