Im not slamming them for what they did this year, but the fact that in the past they could lose 4 games and get a local news paper to vote them NC is worth laughing about.:crap2:

say whatever you want to, this is our forum. its not like we are going to theirs and posting stupid shi at like so many do on ours.

Look, all the guy is trying to convey is that they just pick and choose the times to root for their team and come out talking trash to everyone. They just ignore any period in which their team isn't relevant. Add their generally delusional arguments, history of hiding in the corner whenever they aren't great, and it's just plain ridiculous. In my own personal encounters, they are some of the most rude and downright savage people I've ever encountered. I had a 60 year old AL fan take a swing at me in a bar in Chattanooga in 2005 after I said to my friends that the Ga QB threw a great TD pass against them while watching the game.
It's fine to love your team and be proud of their accomplishments, but it seems as a whole they throw any rational thought out of every argument. And it's especially frustrating when people who give college football fans a bad name like that are back on top...

last night i was out at a bar in nashville. the band there sang rocky top and afterwards me and my friends jumped around chanting "ITS GREAT! TO BE! A TENNESSEE VOL!" we got some people in on it with us. then a vandy fan finally stepped to me and said "yeah it will be great to sit at home and watch vandy play". it got bad, we got into pretty bad and i called out all other vandy fans, so it was like a tennessee vandy standoff for a minute, then some steelers fan tried to step in and both college fan groups channeled their energy into booing the steelers.
it reallymade me mad though. tennessee beats vandy yet they still talk noise. doesn't make sense.

my steelers are going to win home field advantage for the playoffs, courtesy of the titans. 20-16 steelers.

Your point rings considering they have an all time winning record against both Auburn and UT.

46-38-7 .550% against us. Not very dominating as far as im concerned. The poster was referring to the last 20 years but you half to bring up "all time", typical bammer !

WTF do you expect? They're Bammers.

They had 63 National Championships, and have already won 2 more this year. There is a possibility of winning their 3rd NC this season, if they beat Utah.

:lolabove:

It's funny because they actually believe this kind of stuff.
