Just trying to be all inclusive, and it was a ****load of guns they let go of..and you're correct as far as we're concerned. Escobar got plenty in taxes from me in the eighties.

You do know the Obama Administration doesn't talk to other departments to stay updated on current world events. One department can say all is well & the President will say all is F'ed up pretty good.

Interesting the Germans are getting on board.

BBC News - Germany to supply arms to Kurds fighting IS in Iraq

Germany has already sent humanitarian aid to the Kurdish region to help refugees displaced by IS, which is persecuting Shia Muslims, Christians, Yazidis and other minorities.

The arms will come from German army depots, and will include 30 Milan anti-tank rocket launchers with 500 rockets, ARD TV reports.

Milan launchers have already been used by combatants in Syria, and IS fighters are believed to have them. The Milan can hit targets at a distance of 2,000m (6,500ft).

Germany will also send 240 armour-piercing bazookas, 8,000 G3 rifles with two million rounds, and 8,000 of the newer G36 rifles, with four million rounds. Forty MG3 machine guns are also on the list, and 8,000 pistols.

More than 100 military vehicles will also be sent - mostly troop transporters.

Now wait... if this doesn't tell you that something is fishy, then nothing else will. So, we are supposed to believe that ISIS is a "terrorist" group, keyword being "terror". Yet, they feel socially conscious enough that they are going to stop posting video beheadings on social media? Really? This makes sense to you guys?

A report first appearing in the Lebanese newspaper As-Safir, and later in Israel's i24 News and Iran's Ahlul Bayt News Agency, claims that Islamic State leaders are calling for jihadi commanders to order their underlings to stop uploading beheading videos online "without explicit permission." Reports from i24 state that it is believed that these leaders are cracking down on the graphic footage because of fear that a deluge of violent social media coverage will damage the jihadist organization's reputation.

I am going to give the benefit of the doubt on this comment because i try not to bring cross-thread politics into these. So I am hoping you are making fun of ISIS going 'humanitarian' more so than the MSM calling ISIS a terrorist group because there is no doubt that is exactly what they are.

Socially conscience? Are you frigging kidding me?

They (if true) stopped this for one reason, it backfired on them! We now have European countries arming their enemies. They may be barbaric bastards but they are not dumb.

It caused (or supposedly will) us to hit them in Syria, Germany to arm the Kurds, GB to look into stripping citizenship, ect. It wasn't until after that video was posted that the world started to take them seriously.

Don't know if posted yet (too many Muslim/Islam threads), but ISIS has apparently beheaded the other American journalist held captive, Stephen Sotloff.
