Haynesworth is a complete nut bag. We hired Martin a few years ago. I love Tee but he isn't the same level as Gundy. You take the best coach you can.

We tried to hire Strong. We did hire Martin in BBall. Seriously Albert is a DA if he thinks UT athletics is racist.

I think Tee, in this case, is not getting interviewed or pushed internally because Peyton is one guy not on board with it.

Peyton is the patron saint of UT with all the fame and records, yet he couldn't win a title.

Now Tee wasn't the sole reason for the Natty, but he was a big part. QB's always are.

I totally understand why both guys wouldn't care for each other. I don't think Peyton should be having a big role in this search as he personally vouched and pushed Butch upon Hart.

If Gundy falls through or he is just using us for a raise, I prefer to go to Kiffin and then Tee.

I am not sure of Gundy's motivation to take our job other than a payday.

Atleast Kiffin wants to needle and beat Saban.

Its a factor with many fans. Maybe the adm doesn't want to deal with it. I know Martin dealt with a lot of racism.

Like I said earlier. Its no coincidence that the "fans" that are the biggest critics of Dobbs and JG are also the ones that are the loudest voices of protest when Tee, Rodgers, or Sumlin are mentioned as candidates.

Not for the fans, but he has a point when it comes to the powers that be. We passed on Sumlin to hire Derek Dooley because the Haslams and Hamilton thought he was a better fit for the fan base because he said “Mama” and liked grits. Sumlin isn’t perfect, but we wouldn’t be here now.

The Haslams don’t think the plebs would tolerate a black coach because we are the pitchfork mob. It’s about the administration, not the fans, but it exists.

NO. Its just haynesworth way of getting tee martin hired..That way if he isn't givin job then haynesworth will say, see I told it was racisim. What a idiot haynesworth is.

I, like Volnation, just want to win. Don't care what color the coach is. Just bring us a winner and bring this great program back to prominence.
