Not Mobile. End of story.
Not sure what has to do with anything.

Hype has typically used and produced with pretty stationary guys - Lock, Bradford, McKenzie Milton, etc. This offense (veer + air raid) comes from 2 schools of thought that rarely use DT guys...though hey, if you have a great passer that also has legs - it's a no-brainer in ANY offense.

We’re not Georgia. We need mobility to extend drives. Look no further than our current QB.

He wants to start. He's not coming here and being backup to Hooker.

Getting more QBs will be an issue this offseason, because upperclassmen aren't going to come and sit behind an obvious starter. You can get underclassmen, but they are typically less likely to enter the portal. The only real possibility I could see is maybe we go after someone like Sam Horn (given Mizzou's disaster of a season). Though, not sure if Heupel would be willing to recruit 2 QBs and it's rare in this day and age that it works, now that every QB wants to be the sole QB in their class.
