He's been a flat out beast lately.. He's probably going to get first team ALL SEC and maybe 2nd or 3rd team AA

i would hate to see him go, but i think he's going to be back next year..

what dou you guys think?

I don't think he has the size. He's listed at 230, but for some reason he looks smaller than that to me.

I think he is ever bit of 230......Hefney looks like the midget to me
Heffney is playing out of position due to all the youth in the backfield. He should be at corner. He is listed at 5'8 i think. But he looks smaller than that. We have several guys who are on the smallish side. Ryan karl is small for a linebacker. All of our linebackers look small to me. Chavis likes them that way though.

He'll be back and hopefully better than he is this year. I can't wait to see him and Rico put the fear of god in Tebow:thumbsup:

I don't think Ainge is a sure-fire 2nd rounder. Those pro guys will pick and pry at him before, during and after the combine workouts. He's very injury prone and that will scare people off. He has had 2 good seasons, neither of which were "great" seasons. He can't move well at all. He very may well end up in the second round but I don't think its a sure bet.

And Chris Donald, Ben Martin, Gerald Williams, Rae Sykes and D-Morley (maybe) going to have a nasty defense next year.

Probably blew any chances of a 1st day pick with the injury. He won't be recovered from surgery by the combine.

Rico and Mayo should be a force of a linebacker core.
I still remember that hit he put on the USM QB YOWZA!

Plus, the scouts won't be drinking the Kool-aid and will look at film from this season and last and come to the conclusion that Ainge has reached his plateau.
