I dont see why people seem to want him so bad. I know he won a super bowl one year but hey even a blind squirrel finds a nut once in awhile.What is:unsure: so impressive about his coaching record below. Am I missing something if so my apologies.

Not sure winning a super bowl is a blind squirrel finding a nut. Dooley beating a ranked team is more like a blind squirrel finding a nut.

It's no his record...if I can speak for others...yikes!

It's his charisma. His QB classrooms. His intensity. His name and recognition. His intelligence. His connections. His demeanor. His understanding of the game. His connections to UT and Knoxville area. His wife. His Chucky face. His....

...Help me out some here guys.

While his SB ring is mostly credited to Tony Dungy, it seems a little under the radar that Chucky built a nice team in Oakland, only to have Bill Callahan win and AFC Championship with that team.
