We all know how hard it is for Butch to make changes, but is he his own worst enemy?
My confidence in Butch Jones is at an all time low, I'd even venture to say, that he never wins an SEC title at UT

I agree. Stubbornness is his own worst enemy. If he doesn't make changes in the next year or 2 he will be resume shopping. No excuse to not win the East this year, even more now that we have beaten UF and UGA.

Yes, damn! I've been saying this for two years, his stubbornness is one of the biggest reasons for his game time performance. However, I will say this, I blame the Offensive side of the ball, not just the coaches, but those young men don't have "IT" they do not have the competitive nature of Barnett, this is the difference in a 5* and 3*, I saw a team get killed by the trashiest team I've seen and UT couldn't sustain a drive, throw a pass or let our RBs run all over USCjr. I will say this, John Kelly is far more competitive than Jalen Hurd. The OL line, not tough enough.........period!

I think we should recognize that yes, we did beat UF but "lucked out" the W for UGA. Give credit for the play but no way we should have ever been in that situation to start with. When the broadcasters can tell you what play is coming next do we not think the opponents can too? Butch's stubbornness will be his downfall unless he makes some changes; that's it in a nutshell. He's done a lot of good things but I'm thinking his "my way or the highway" philosophy is going to put him on the highway sooner than later. I'm pretty disgusted along with the rest of Vol Nation.
