The Ice Man will always be my favorite Vol. His road record was 14-1 and a late turnover at Auburn kept him from being perfect.

This clip sums Casey up perfectly.

Mine too. I was at that one. Crazy game. After the game all the fans were just stunned. Even the bammers. The only thing they could say was great game.

He was a winner no doubt but so many fans gave him a hard time for no good reason. Even in bad games, he was always out there battling.
Again we had a sizable part of of our fanbase that were so dumb they didn’t like Clausen, Ainge or Bray because they “weren’t runners” and had “west coast attitudes”. Literally dumb as hell

My favorite Clausen play, besides 4th and 19, was him running the football his freshman year against Bama. He got his helmet ripped off and kept right on going, like it happened everyday in practice or something.

Casey Clausen was a warrior and a winner, period.

Loved this video. Thanks for sharing. As a student while CC was the QB, I was one of those that underrated him at the time. Looking back, he was a great leader that brought home a lot of wins that I didn't appreciate as much as I should have at the time.

From my perspective, plenty of other reasons to not care too much for Bray but, man that guy has a cannon for an arm.
