It's nice to see an objective(or is that subjective?) article on Kiffin rather than the typical, "KIFFIN CAN'T COACH, TOO MUCH MONEY, TALKING TRASH ABOUT OTHER TEAMS, STEALING COACHES, GONNA COMMIT RECRUITING VIOLATIONS" garbage.

You know that every coach in the SEC is thinking to themselves damn we actually have to prepare this year for Tennessee it wont be the same ol FULMER play calling!

I like the fact that Kiffin is making so many people angry. Who cares when we beat their a$$ next year it will make it even worse.
Can you imagine if we go to Swampland next year and beat those fouls. It will be 10 times worse for them because Kiffin called out Florida!
I just dont see how in the world people can think we wont be competitive next year! A head coach is only as good as the assistants he puts around him and I think he has done a dang good job at that.

I am most excited about the fact that I wont get to hear "well you know what Tennessee is going to do its just up to you to stop it!" I wont to hear well we had no idea what Tennessee was going to run and they exposed us all day long!

I am pretty sure that every SEC coach spends a good part of each week preparing for the next week's opponent. Where Kiffin & Co. are going to make the difference down the road is not just play calling, but recruiting. The base in talent is just not there right now and its going to take some time to correct that deficiency.

We will be much more competitive next year right out of the gate just because of the change in atitude and expectations of the new coaching staff. Our talent may not be up to the level of the top echelon of the conference yet but that doesn't mean the cupboard is bare. Our day is coming, and sooner than a lot of people want to believe.

Slimebaum article is already noted on other threads.

Its not about that article,,,, its about an article thats about that article !!!????

To review: Alabama's staff cost more,,,,,,, Saban, Spurrier, Petrino and Kiffen were all unsuccesful in the NFL, and Finebaum should be paying more attention to the Basketball Coach (an alum and former player) getting fired and NSD at Alabama than a new Head Coach at a rival School getting his feet wet in the SEC.

I loved this article.

Unfortunately, I don't think the writer of this article realizes just how little facts impress Paul Finebaum.

Finebaum decides that a bunch of name-calling and half-truth accusations aimed at Kiffin would be a better sell for his infamous “lowest common denominator” audience.

One of the absolute best descriptions of the Bammer fan base that I have ever heard. :good!:

I like that guy.
