What happened to this concept? Seems like 99% of you are ready to send the three KIDS to the gallows for making a dumb decision when they were *probably* high.

While not excusing it, I do think that they should be considered innocent until incriminating evidence surfaces other that the "victims.

Also note: when/if they are found guilty, I'll be the first to chastise them, but good lord.. our country was founded on morals like these.

I think its understood that everything people are saying on here is predicated on the allegations being true.

Wrong, There are several here who are saying that simply having been there is good enough reason to kick Janzen off the team.

The amount of stupid so far is astounding.

Your right innocent until proven guilty, but from what everyone is reading including me it's hard to say Nukeese or Edwards are'nt guilty.

Whether JJ is guilty or not he should be kicked off the team, this will be his 3rd strike. Which being out past curfew.

Let us not forget the once proposed Dyer Anti-Lynching Bill. We don't all need to act like the white Southern Democratic Senators that defeated it.

Are there a curfew for these players? I am just curious because if there is no curfew then Janzen might not be guilty of anything.

How many players do you think break curfew on the weekly basis? Please tell me that.
BTW you can't strike out on a foul ball.....

ok , lets all hold out our hands. the first pointy finger is one= reported as violation of team rules ( ie either fighting over trying to take a beer outside the tin roof or failing a drug test if u can believe hyams) middle finger is number two= reported as being an accessory to armed robbery but allegedly the charges are to be dropped ( but we will give u the benefit of the doubt) . ring finger is number three=???????? where is this mystical strike three? sounds to me u should stick to the middle finger which ironically just kinda fits???

1) He got in trouble back in fall practice for breaking team rules, Kiffin made him run at practice.

2) Suspended last week for the Memphis game for either fighting or failing a drug test

3) Either armed robbery, or if found not guilty he was still out past curfew. & yes the football team does have a curfew.

He broke a team rule, how does it not get a strike? It's a rule for a reason.

Brandon Warren got kicked off the team for back talking coaches.
but he paid the price. (running laps) i can't say how many times i've had to run laps. I don't think it wasn't too serious or else we would've heard what it was other than 'team rules'

If what chris walker said was true and nuke and mike have truely turned a new leaf and are repenting for what they did and are willing to serve the time shouldnt we allow them back on the team under perfect behavior circumstances

Nuke and Edwards were identified by witnesses. In the eyes of the law, they deserve a fair trial. In the eyes of Kiffin and the most prestigious football institution in the SEC East- off to the gallows. I wish Nuke hadn't screwed up so badly here. What a waste.

Jackson may have a chance. It could be that he was doing the right thing and stopping them. Who knows? I hope the circumstances merit him sticking around, but if it comes out that he was in the wrong then its time to kick him to the curb too.

I agree he did pay the price, but he also paid the price for what got him suspended for the Memphis game. & now it's time to pay the price for either armed robbery or breaking team rules again. Rules are set in place for a reason, & once a rule is broken a disciplinarian action must take place to try & stop someone from repeatedely breaking rules. JJ has been discpilined twice already & this will be his 3rd time breaking a rule. Kiffin needs to make an example of him to the rest of the team & to any recruit that wants to come to Tennessee that breaking the rules will NOT be allowed. Thats what happened to Fulmer, he kept giving players to many chances. Everyone is saying give this kid a second chance, he has already had 2 chances. How many more does he need?

Janzen has told CLK exactly what happened that morning, that tells you it happened. They are all gulity and all should be kicked off the team. We are trying to build something special at TN. Get rid of these cancers before it spreads throughout the team!

No. Maybe if they actually have to serve a substantial sentence and come back after a while. Right now though, they are toxic to the program. Even though Fulmer was big on discipline, ie Schaffer and Colquitt, he still had trouble with it. The hammer has to come down even harder or we'll wind up like Miami.

Wrong, Warren was lazy, missed meetings, talked back and tried to fight a coach. Warren thought everything should be handed to him.

Lets get the whole story out and whoever is guilty will go.

correct. with the little niggle of due process of law having to be observed also, since knoxville is in the USA.

CLK was right about the choices he made in his new staff.

CLK was right about his recruiting choices.

CLK was right about jon crompton, despite many here pointing out how wrong he was over and over.

CLK knows the whole story, we don't, and he will make the right call on this.
