whatever happened to him?? will he ever play again?? and if not why??

from what I understand he is helping out with the team, but more then that I don't know. Someone around here will though

Inky will more than likely never play football again. I was reading an article in the Football Time in Tennesseee magazine. They had a full page article on him entitled " Inky Johnson....Simply a WINNNER" in this article it stated that he suffered a severe neck and shoulder injury. He suffered severe nerve damage to an area between his neck and his shoulder that has left him totally paralyzed on the right side of his upper-body. He was right handed, and inky had to learn how to do everything with his left hand since, his right side is completly paralyzed. There is good news however according to the article on November 17th when Tenessee takes on Vanderbilt in Knoxville, Inky will run through the "T"
with the rest of the seniors for one last time......I dont think that this should be a sad time, instead show him his appreciation for Tennessee as INKY truely " Gave His All For Tennessee"

Inky is an awesome person, I hate it for him, but if anyone can make it through something like this. I would pick him.
