I've never heard anything but bad experiences from people with Comcast. That's why I got U-verse.

My modem has to be reset about 4-5 times per day. I've called and added Inside Wire Maintenance, scheduled repair appointments, and they've cancelled or rescheduled twice. When I'm streaming the game tomorrow and it goes down, someone at Comcast is going to meet Devil Pooch. There will be yelling, irrational anger, and terrible accusations.

Comcast blows in general. Can't stand it.
