if anyone thinks Fulmer should be the coach at Tennessee in the '09 season, please lay out your case here. I promise I will not even comment on the quality of your logic. I just want to see what anyone who thinks he can turn this around is thinking.

There is no way anyone can defend Fulmer after this pathetic display of football this season. Well maybe fatjoe, but everyone else...

He just landed a top 100 recruit today in a position of need. He's won 2 SEC titles, tied or won outright 7 SEC East titles, a national championship, and is the only coach out there that can recruit at Tennessee. He deserves to leave on his own terms. :unsure:

I just want someone to offer me some hope for next season. Will we have the same pathetic O-line and the same quarterbacks?

I may have to take a football sabbatical.
