I can't even understand why you could mention Maymon. Wasn't he HURT BEFORE this season? Maybe I missed that.

Even the press release said that he never practiced with the team. It's not like CCM had 2 weeks to figure out how to get this team to rolling.

Golden is a bigger issue. But not Maymon IMO. That was predicted from the get go.

The staff was expecting him back, they said as much.

Also, regardless of if they knew he was or wasn't coming back, it doesn't change that you can't replace him. You lose your leader, and an all-sec talent like Maymon and you're team is going to suffer.

Regardless of losing those players, anyone who watches the games can tell the offensive sets and movement are attrocious. That is coaching.

Have you been to practice? Do you know what Martin is or is not doing? I've not been, so I can't say, but based on watching last year's team actually start running an offense late in the year tells me that it may be the players not doing what they're supposed to more than not being coached to. He only has 5 timeouts, so he can't blow his own whistle and stop play to get them to do it right during the game.

The SEC is weak this season Georgia lost their first four games of the season and were 11 and 12 coming in and we can't be them on our home court. We are a lot worse than last season.

Was Georgia loss worse than losing to Austin Peay at home?
